How do we collect information?

  • payment information (including your name, mobile money number, card number, expiration date, and security code);
  • transcripts of chat sessions, text messages, emails, and other communications when you communicate with us using these methods;

Information we collect through facial recognition software.

PICZANGU shall use a facial recognition software to match a user with their photos. The software shall require the user to upload their passport photo which shall in turn be used as the basis of the search.

The process shall be as follows:

  • The user will upload a passport photo when creating an account,
  • The face in the photo uploaded will be the face to be searched in the array of photographs uploaded.
  • The photos that will be available for the users shall only be the ones which include the face in the passport photo uploaded.
  • The users shall be then be able to select and purchase any photos that would have been made available to them.

Information We Collect Automatically

Our Services collect some data automatically when you use the Services. We may obtain information by automated means such as through browser cookies, pixels, web server logs, web beacons, and other technologies. Among other purposes, these technologies help us

  • remember your information so you will not have to re-enter it,
  • track and understand how you use and interact with the Services,
  • tailor the Services around your preferences,
  • manage and measure the usability of the Services,
